Due to the digital nature of our product (programmatic SEO generation), we generally do not offer refunds once the pages have been generated and exported.

2. Case-by-Case Investigation

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund request (e.g., technical failure), please contact our support team.

We will investigate each case individually and reply with our decision. All decisions made by pSEO Wizard regarding refunds are final.

3. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
